For the Athlete

Are you an amateur or professional athlete with a painful and/or limiting condition?

The good news is we also specialize in resolving conditions in the athletic world such as knee pain, shin-splints, plantar fasciitis, shoulder pain, and even ruptured ligaments and tendons.

Our roster of patients both past and present includes players from the NFL, the world of Mixed Martial Arts, professional golfers, Olympic swimmers and divers, Ironman world champion’s, and marathoners.

The reality is that sports injuries are often mistreated. Even the complete rupture of a ligament does not necessarily require surgery. We have rehabilitated numerous athletes in a short time who have suffered ruptured ligaments such as ACL tears and even multi-ligament tears occurring at the same time of injury.

Are you interested in increasing performance and flexibility?

In many cases, athletes of all levels are doing types of exercises, stretching, and training programs that can actually cause injury or limit performance without even knowing it. Did you know focusing too much training on the abdominal muscles, pectorals, and even quadriceps can limit your speed and agility and even cause many of the common pains felt in the back, shoulders, and knees?

The function of the body as a whole unit, and in multiple plains of movement is a misunderstood concept in the athletic and healthcare world. Our approach focuses on where real power and stability comes from, and believe it or not, it doesn’t originate with your legs and arms.

Our unique and proven program of training and conditioning creates flexibility and control of the entire body that has increased performance and reduced injury for international competitors and casual athletes alike.
